Hi Heather,I don't expect to see you at the gym before we leave on Wednesday but I want to write to tell you good luck this month. I'm not sure if you're competing, but I do expect so and I wanted to tell you Dave and I both think you look fantastic. You are working really really hard, Heather, and I understand that it's not easy. I hope you know the rest of us really respect your dedication and hard work.
